How SgPropertyInvesting makes money

The calculators and guides are free. To keep it that way, we plan to earn money in the ways below. We'll keep this page up to date and label paid content where it appears.

Mortgage broker referrals: not offered

We don't currently refer anyone to mortgage brokers or banks, and we don't pass your details to them. If that changes, we'll update this page and our privacy policy first, and we'll ask for your consent before sharing anything.

Affiliate links, sponsors and ads

• Some links to banks, cards or services may be affiliate links in future. We may earn a fee if you sign up through them. They'll be marked.
• Newsletter sponsors and sponsored posts will be labelled "Sponsored".
• We may show display ads on guide pages. We won't put ads on calculator results or forms.

What we don't do

• We don't take referral fees from property agents. Introducing a client to another party to transact a property counts as estate agency work, which needs CEA registration (gov.sg).
• We don't recommend a particular loan, bank or property. The tools show estimates using official rates. Decide with a licensed professional.
• We don't let partners change our numbers or our guides.
• We don't sell your personal data.
