SgPropertyInvesting is an independent website for the r/SgPropertyInvesting community on Reddit. It publishes free guides and calculators on buying, selling, renting and financing a home in Singapore.

The subreddit and the site

The questions people ask on r/SgPropertyInvesting shape what we write about. Posts on Reddit are members' own views. Our guides and calculators rely on official figures instead.

Where our figures come from

Rates, rules and prices come from official sources such as IRAS, MAS, HDB, URA and CPF Board. Each figure links to its source, with the date we last checked it. We recheck figures against the official sources. When we find that a rate or rule has changed, we update the guides that use it and the "Updated" date on the page.

Corrections

If you spot an error or an out-of-date figure, email [email protected] with the page address. We check it against the official source and correct the page.

How the site is funded

The guides and calculators are free. We sell a paid First-Home Buyer Playbook, and we may earn from labelled sponsors, affiliate links or ads. Details are on How we make money.
