Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method, no questions asked, usually within 7 days. One refund per customer. Refunding ends your licence and your access to updates.

Accuracy bounty

Accuracy bounty: be the first to report a figure that was out of date against the official source at the time you reported it, and we'll send you S$10 (max S$29 per buyer) and fix it in the next update.

12 months of updates

12 months of updates from your purchase date: when IRAS, HDB, MAS, CPF or URA change a rule or rate covered in the playbook, we'll email you a revised edition, normally within 14 days of the change. Updates cover existing content only, not new products. If we stop selling the playbook, you keep your latest edition.

Licence, not advice, and liability

Licence: for your personal use only. Don't share, resell or post it. Not advice: general information only, not financial, legal, tax or property advice. Calculator results are estimates. Check with the official source and a licensed professional before committing. Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
